What I Do & Enjoy
I have a user-centered approach to design and problem-solving to create impactful and memorable experiences in a world where technology is accessible for everyone and brings value to businesses and users. I follow my passion to design concepts that not only complete the functional value but are also beloved by my clients and their users.
User Research
- My process kicks off with wide research when I empathize with the end-users to understand their needs and pain points.
- Then I synthesize the data to have a polished artifact of the target audience that transmits into a fruitful ideation session.
User Interface
- Figma is my kingdom and I use it to design user-friendly products address needs of my clients and their customers.
- I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to spark up discussions about products to ensure everything is covered.
Usability Testing
- In order to uncover problems and validate the usability of my prototypes, I conduct rounds or different testing activities.

In exchange, I get to know opportunities to improve in the designs and learn more about the users and their preferences.

User Research
